I have a Dahua 4216 NVR which was working fine a few months ago. I moved house, did a factory reset via the NVR interface, tested with a camera, worked fine and packed it away for a about 4 months. I have now switched it on and wasn't getting any visual or network output.
I have connected it via rs232, attached is what I'm seeing in Putty.
Any idea how to upload the software with a TFTP server at this point?
