Brenz.pl malware in IP cameras: What now?

I have just received this camera:

When I browse to the IP address of the camera, I get this message:

Googling 'Brenz.pl' gets this and similar information:

http://thehackernews.com/2016/04/home-security-system.html

What to do about this? Anyone else have a similar concern?

iirc there is some clean firmware you can try applying..
