So my Annual Blue Iris Extended Maintenance was up and it was setup on Auto and no before notification email was sent. So four days earlier i got charged and money gone but in the emails received right there after there was no renewal key as they did in
previous years. Contacted BI Support right there that day to the 2 emails they have an no reply.
Anyone know whats going on? They used to have a small forum too but looks like that is gone as wanted to try to ask there.
