Blue Iris Extended Maintenance

So my Annual Blue Iris Extended Maintenance was up and it was setup on Auto and no before notification email was sent. So four days earlier i got charged and money gone but in the emails received right there after there was no renewal key as they did in
previous years. Contacted BI Support right there that day to the 2 emails they have an no reply.
Anyone know whats going on? They used to have a small forum too but looks like that is gone as wanted to try to ask there.
Any idea?

Did you check your renewal date, it should now update automatically without the need to put in a new maintenance key; providing you are running a newer release of BI?

Still stuck at 10/25 and can not do updates due to it i guess. Used same email for the payment and BI. Not sure at this point

You will have to email support, using this procedure or they will NOT get your message, goto the gear icon (Blue Iris Settings, on the "About" tab click on "Get Support", The 5th item down the list is 'Email Support", click on the "Copy" button, this will copy the details about your system to the clipboard, this information MUST be pasted into to your email message or the spam filters at Perspective Software will filter your email into the junk folder! Explain what has happened in the email and they should be able to sort it out, there is nobody here on the forum that can help with renewals! Do not send multiple emails - it will just put you back at the bottom of the support wait list! If you still don't get a response come back here and there maybe someone that can give them a nudge. just remember it is a small company and they do not work on the weekends as far as I know!

I have got responses on the weekends before from Ken.

And he has pushed out updates on Holidays!

BI is basically one guy and certainly not just 9-5.

But, yes sometimes it can take a few days depending on what else is being sent in for problems and what not.

The payment went to Perspective Software LLC

I have went in the BI and in support i click contact and copy all data and sent another email just now maybe this time they will get it.
