Blue Iris 4 - DLL files

trying to update BI to the latest 4.9.5.3 and reviving the following failed comments

1) Update of c:\Program files\blue iris 4\ftd2xx.dll failed (32)—make sure it is not in use
2) Update of c:\Program files\blue iris 4\sealmax.dll failed (32)—make sure it is not in use

I'm running Win 10 64bit, BI version 4.5.9.2 x64

download update from the website...shutdown blue iris then run update
