Blacklist in IP Cam config

Hi.
I have an issue with a chineese AliExpress camera (I must have made a mistake while I tried to configure network parameters, few months ago)
The problem is that I can't use the camera because it is considered to be in a "blacklist"

It uses VMS / xmeye app (v2.0.28.1) on a Desktop PC - The camera has no brand but a sticker indicates : "Model : LTIA-66FEA-A" "resolution : 6MP"

I didn't find any way to hard reset the device, and it seems very difficult to dissasemble.
I also tried to reset with the "Device Manage" application, but nothing seems to work.

If anyone has an idea to get rid of this "in BlackList" Connect problem...
 
I have the same problem with a different model and no hardware reset button, in my case i put an IP in the whitelist that was wrong and since then am locked out, maker on AliExpress is no help either.

In fact, the problem was : there were no whitelist configured, so I was stucked, the same way birdboxmaker is, I presume, due to an ip network misconfiguration.
I found a solution a few weeks ago, unfortunately I don' remember what I did exactly : I think I used a third party software which was able to reset the device to factory state.
I'll put infos about how to resolve this issue if I find something (notes / used application...).
