BI v6.0.2.7 built-in AI not confirming small moving objects

Just upgraded from v5.9.9.97 to v6.0.2.7. Been using/testing v6.0.2.7's built-in AI to confirm standard BI motion detection on several cams. AI works well confirming persons, but fails to confirm/detect smaller objects like our cat 90% of the time. BI motion detection triggers on the cat 100% of the time (and unfortunately every shadow, too--lol!!), but AI cancels the alert (nothing found). Have AI set to 1 pre scan and 5 post scans (250ms). Using Yolov8s.

Any way to increase AI's sensitivity? Thx!

I would say that your settings are tuned to fast moving objects (vehicles), not people or animals. Try changing them to 3 pre-trigger and 10-15 post trigger images spaced apart at 750ms or 1 second each.

But even more importantly, change the timing between each one further apart, as I indicated above.
