I always install the latest critical/stable release over the latest and greatest.
But, occasionally, like this week I'm prompted to upgrade to 5.9.9.73, which I've been on for a month or so.
So, 1) Why does this occasionally happen that I'm being prompted to upgrade to a version that I'm currently running;
2) If I choose to 'upgrade' to this same version, it goes through the normal upgrade process, but ends right back up at the same version with the same upgrade prompt.
Right now the latest update is for 5.9.9.86 but I'm not ready/comfortable upgrading to the latest since there are significant database changes.
Any ideas on the above?
