BI Resolution doesn't match hik ipcam Configuratio

I just realized for some time my hik 4MP- DS-2cd2342wd-i camera (bought from Nelly's) has been recording @ 1920X1080.. I changed the resolution in the camera to 2688x1520. The image becomes considerably better instantly in the camera's Live View, but BI still shows 1920x1080, and what's worse - the BI image is not only terrible quality, it is cropped/zoomed in - cutting off the picture..

I am wondering if BI is not using the right camera profile; but there is not a pre-set for this model #. ANy ideas on where I need to re configure BI?

OK, so I do not know what I have to done to correct the problem, but it seems to be working ok now. I matched I frame interval with the Frame Rate 20, but other than that - I left the BI screen to browse with chrome; switched windows back and the image is in full resolution matching the live view in camera config. Still would be interested to know..
