Camera is an IPC-T24IP-AS from Empire Tech.
BI version 5.9.9.59x64, 25.06.10
I can log into the camera web GUI via firefox using it's IP, username, and password. It shows the live stream just fine, the camera appears to work normally.
A few days ago the camera showed an error in BI, blank screen, (says no signal). Messed with a whole bunch of settings in BI, nothing worked. Even deleted the camera and set up a new one (same IP etc), and BL just does not seem to be able to connect.
As far as I know when I initially set up the camera in BI, I entered the IP address, userid (admin), and passwd; went through the regular configure process not changing anything but maybe the frame rate, and it just worked. Any ideas what I am missing? Any specific settings I need for this particular camera? Any further info I need to provide?
