I came to the stage of needing some help from you experts.
Actually, I am having issue with two of my Hikvision NVR after firmware upgrade via webGUI so, I would like to do some maintenance task with those NVR. Before I proceed, I just don't want to lose the data and the configuration set-up. That's why, could anyone advise of the possibilites to clone the configuration & the safe methods to not to lose any of the data if I do something wrong. Or any alternate options to do maintenance, like on safe mode?
