Axis 215 PTZ power supply

It appears the power supply on one of our Axis 215 PTZ's has gone bad. Does anybody know a reputable site/business that has a suitable replacement? I've scanned the the web but I cannot seem to find a power brick that looks like the one I pulled out. Picture below.

I'd love to upgrade this unit to HD but I'm pretty sure our finance man is gonna say no if a power brick can be bought.

The fact that Axis ceased support for this model in 2014 doesn't help matters, but any assistance would be most greatly appreciated.

Chances are extremely high there is a failed capacitor inside that brick, and it can be replaced rather easily and inexpensively. Don't let your finance man read this.

Better yet, buy this power supply from Amazon.com and cut the end off the old one and place it onto the new one.
