Any VOIP Services With Real SHAKEN/STIR Call Filtering?

A lot of VOIP providers claim SHAKEN/STIR support, but in practice it still feels half-baked. Has anyone found a service that actually lets you filter or block calls based on whether the Caller ID is verified or spoofed?
Right now, I’m routing any non-whitelisted calls through an IVR. If I end up with a live scammer or telemarketer, I usually ask them to hold for a second… then drop them into a “parking lot” with some very special hold music (the payoff is just after the 1-minute mark.
Before I go all-in on running my own PBX, I’m curious if anyone has found a VOIP provider that truly handles this well. Would love to hear what setups others are using.

Man, if you had posted this early next year perhaps I could have provided a timely and informative reply today.

A week ago I ordered a residential "Value" plan from 1-VoIP. They also have business plans. I've read many positive reviews but I'll know more next month. The plan comes with a Grandstream HT802 VoIP Analog Telephone Adapter so I can plug in a standard, V-Tech POTs cordless phone for my impaired vision wife.

I read a ton of reviews and they stand out, IMO, for price, performance/dependability, features and above all, their U.S.- based customer service which people seem to be pleased with.

The device should be here tomorrow and I'll wring it out and let you know how it works even though I likely won't be using some of the features you mentioned.
