Just leaving this here to maybe save someone time and trouble if searching. I did before buying one but didn't find much. Wouldn't have wasted time with it had I known.
Annke lists this cam as having AI-based on-camera human/vehicle detection. Which is true to a degree but the catch is that doesn't work if using the cam via RTSP/ONVIF. In that case, even with human/vehicle filters set on, it still detects ALL motion and sends simple IsMotion=true events for everything. There's no filtering before sending motion events and there's no person/vehicle-type metadata sent via ONVIF events. So you just get a continual stream of false alerts from basic motion detection. Apparently you must be using Annke's software in order to have it limit the motion alerts to humans/vehicles.
It's a decent inexpensive PT cam otherwise. Looks to be the same as Hikvision's DS-2DE2C400MWG-E. Image is pretty good. Not much control for getting good low-light motion captures. Still some smearing and ghosting even after trying to optimize things. No direct gain control. Tracking is great. Picks up targets quickly and stays on them very well. Unfortunately, again, it doesn't limit what it tracks to only a defined area. Any person or vehicle in view gets tracked.

So, back it goes...

From Annke support:
We apologize for the inconvenience.
If the camera is a third-party device or platform connected via ONVIF or RTSP, it will transmit all motion events without distinguishing between humans and vehicles, which leads to frequent notifications.
For more precise notifications, we recommend using our Annke Vision app.

Furthermore, by default, automatic tracking performs detection across the entire screen, rather than being limited to the motion detection zones you have configured.
