Always love it when the low-life bad guys get caught.

Police caught two people after a passerby reported seeing them taking packages off of people’s doorsteps.
Police got the call Saturday afternoon from someone who was driving by. The person who reported it gave police a description and officers were able to find the two suspects. Officers found the packages opened in a nearby alley. Police say they were able to recover the items, and this is a great example of seeing and saying something.
“Know your neighbors and trust your neighbors so neighbors are watching out for each other because a community is stronger than an individual,” says Cpl. Jordan Ferguson. “That’s the key thing.”
Some advice from police if you’re expecting holiday mail:

Some advice from police if you’re expecting holiday mail:
- Ask a neighbor you trust to bring it inside
- Contact shipping company and let them know when they should deliver it
- Have a secured area where it can be delivered
- Use a home security system & cameras if possible
