Alternatives to Foscam VMS?

I'm slowly replacing my Foscam cameras with Amcrest models, but Foscam VMS is not accepting known-good usernames and passwords. I installed IPCWebComponents and it seems its password field won't accept the length of one camera's password.

Is there a third-part Windows or Android app that lets us get into the Foscam cameras to make configuration changes?
 
What model number(s) is/are the Foscams in question?

What browser were you using when attempting to install the plug-in "IPCWebComponents"?

Do the cameras have an embedded webGUI?
