All i want for Xmas is a 4K image

Hi all, as the thread suggests all i want is a 4K image. How do I achieve this?
Current cameras are 8x 8mp 4K colorvu Hikvision
Current NVR is 2k highest quality
Current Monitor is 1080p

So I want to be able to live view and replay any camera in FULL 4k 8MP.

Will these specs with a 4K monitor give me what I want?
Do I need a monitor that puts out 4K in 30hz if i go with the below NVR Specs? or will 60hz monitor work?

Any monitor or TV will work at 30hz. The refresh rate of a display device is the maximum it supports. Lower refresh rates are not a problem.

Only some of the very earliest 4K TVs were limited to 30hz. Nowadays pretty much everything supports 60hz, and many of the latest TVs can do 120hz inputs now!
