Still has video on phone app but this is what i get on Edge, Ias working great then i seen a update and installed it, Mistake, 2 different PC's same results, cleared cache on pc and reset NVR, Any ideas?

It does work in IE mode, I liked that it had been working on Edge though, IE mode is probably on its way out, The update i installed was on the NVR, hopefully it is corrected on future updates, Thanks for the help!

Even though Microsoft has sunset Explorer, it is still available in Windows 11 (hidden). Many older programs rely on the old Trident (HTML-) Engine from IE, even stuff as basic as the old Control Panel. Old browsers are old, so unlike modern browsers where the WebView can be its own component, it's either all or nothing. And since the engine is still required not to break Windows functionality and apps from before 2015, it's still included (but mostly hidden). The whole file manager system is still based on IE. That's also why Device Manager and Control Panel are still there too. Similar to Dahua and Hikvision, Microsoft changed the UI and not the core, and added new features to upgrade its OS. A lot of legacy stuff are hidden.

So contrary to popular belief, Internet Explorer isn't going away anytime soon.

I'm having issues with IE in Edge. When I'm at the login screen, it won't let me type in a password. I can't copy and paste it into the password field either. Like the OP, Edge worked fantastic for a long time and now the webplugin doesn't work with it.

Has anyone gotten Brave to work with the plugin? I install it and it works, but then it doesn't remain installed after I close out the window or the browser itself. In other words, I have to install the damn plugin every single time to make Brave work, but it works really well when I do.

I switched to Brave. I learned from another poster that you just have to close the plugin message even though it's installed. Still not perfect because certain functions don't work 100%. IE in Edge still doesn't work for me.

Huh :idk:
