Access 4G-LTE camera without vendor's cloud?

Hi

I would like to install a 4G-LTE, battery/solar powered camera and avoid using vendor's cloud
to communicate with it.
The best would be a camera able to offer connection via a VPN tunnel such as Wireguard.
Does anybody know if such a thing exists? Google doesn't ;-)

You would probably need a 4G-LTE router that supports a VPN connection.

Connecting from an external device to the camera is very hard with cellular as there is a CGNAT in place by your carrier.

I should have asked: an IP camera with a VPN client built in.
A router counts as "additional hardware"
