This little covert camera - they've been discontinued - has been lying in a box for literally years - paid for itself by recording laptop thief the 2nd night after we did the install and got relegated to not-needed-right-now status.
Anyway. Need something along those lines again and decided to save some money by trying it again.
Installed new SD card and it still works!
Wonderful. Except that it refuses to connect via Hik Connect. It shows its 'Registration Status' as Online but Hik Connect returns the following error:
This isn't a train smash, for the current application just being able to view/review in iVMS is more than adequate, but ... irritating, know what I mean?
Any ideas?

I've upgraded firmware to the newest version I could find, Firmware_V5.5.82_190909, but the problem persists.
