I am experiencing an issue with my VTO2201F. The configuration should be correct. Data transfer to the indoor station and the DMSS app works properly. However, after a few hours, the VTO goes offline. On the switch, the orange data activity LED is no longer blinking.

Solved: Had the RJ45 connectors on the camera end of the Cat 6 run upside down, and bad RJ45 connector on the network side of the run on one cam.
