    Trying to trigger alert when owl flies in to its box

    Problem: BI detects motion (Status bar blue + iOS app confirms) but no alert/clip saved for fast-moving owl flying straight to nest box. Video: (7:11AM owl flies in). This is the video this morning that did not trigger the alert. Camera: Dahua IPC-HFW5241E-Z12E. BI Version - 5.9.9.73...

    IPC-HFW5231E-Z12E preset (ptz) help

    Hi all, I have this camera (IPC-HFW5231E-Z12E) and want to set a slightly different zoom during the daytime schedule (since the LPR is much easier during the day and I would like the larger FOV to see other objects/areas), I am able to manually zoom & focus in both web browser camera...

    IPC-HFW5231E-Z12E zoom via browser but not in BI

    Hi, I have the above cam. I can zoom in/out via browser. But cannot zoom in/out via BI. Thanks in advance, Frank
