I never had an issue with my cameras, they all store videos of vehicle passages. As i use API to retrieve it i can generally get everytime a video with starttime and enddtime to match event time. -

It could worth checking 2 things. 1. No enough power +CMOS fault, equals in higher current drain while electro motor starts and reset configuration. 2. The actual firmware bug. On your point 4, there is a way to capture logs via SSH or serial connection. You can see what camera does... -

NDAA was never meant to be secure. Its just political ban on Chinese equipment made by US. But worse than that are people searching and asking for NIS2 cameras, not even knowing what NIS2 is and that single hardware cannot be NIS2 compliant.- trempa92

There are too many with same casing. Maybe best case would be to tell seller to power on and show you model via software. It will at least be a proof it is in working condition -

Serial number does not contain platform indicator. Only when you are inside web interface you can see platform. For instance camera i took screenshot of is H8 -

What firmware are you on right now, i suppose this camera falls under H7 platform? Can be seen on camera web interface at the bottom where you see camera model If its H7, there is RTMP firmware for it here(old ver)... -

Regardless of its illumination distance, acusense will not work on 60m. 30m is top on 4mm. Get yourself a varifocal one -

It seems default channel password on NVR was different from admin password. Hence it wont work regardless of number of tries -

Yes you can put HTTPListener via ISAPI PUT method. Anything you can do on web can be done via ISAPI, and sometimes even more than whats on web. For example videointercom door station dot have HTTPListener on web interface, but i have put it this way and it works -
NVR export parameter
If the firmware is different, most likely some components wont be restored. You may as well try, if it doesnt work, you go as per usual. -

Only data i manage to push via websockets is a stream not event. Using a proxy via my ip. So frontend web doesnt get to see device ip address at all. -

Hence why i always go with series 7, it has everything. I always had troubles with this series. But nevertheless it has to have listener option. If you are using .net, rather use HTTPContext instead of HTTPListener. As you can have multiple services on same port. -
