    Sry. Thought the xx included it. I don't see a model # on the sticker. It's a NVR4216-4KS2-OEM. The sticker S/N is 3G00B8BPAZ98DA6. Only other number on sticker is P/N: 1.0.01.23.11306#0047. Thank you for your time.

    Thank you. Hmmm. I just check on my NVR4216-4KS2-OEM and it's 3.215.0000000.4 system version. 1/19/2018. I think that's the firmware. Never found anything newer. I wish. This ui looks ancient.

    I do too. But when there is a video of perps stealing mail why should the victim have to be the one to ensure the crime is even prosecuted? Then personally press charges. Then get subpoenad to show up in court to be exposed to the perps for future harassment?

    i think the coupler was around six dollars. The box of screws 15 or 20. Of course you only need three of them. I couldn't really come up with anything else that would drop it enough and look cleaner. Guess you would have to decide which mount for cost comparison.

    I have a 4126-16p-4ks2 and it has the same 2-4kch/8-1080pch limitation but has a max incoming bandwidth of 200 Mbps vs your 80 Mbps. Not currently doing 4k so no history but I do have 2 coming from Andy. I'll post if same issue.

    Beat me to it. I just used Smart Player yesterday to ID some mail thieves and make files for police. The exported AVI can be handled by Handbrake for other conversions.
