    I have a HikVision DS-@CD2363G0-IU that has no video signal. I can log int the camera and have updated and reset the firmware, but the video square is just grey. I have tried another cable, but its still the same. I am guessing it is just dead, but thought I'd ask incase I am missing something...

    Thanks for getting back to me. Sorry networks do my head in. The PoE address in the NVR is 172.16.01, the cameras are all 192.168.254.xxx and the gateway is 192.168.50.1. I can't log into any of the cameras at all. I have tried swapping the gateway to 192.168.254.1 but still cant log onto...

    Hi How do I do that? I have V5.3.6 Build 151221 and cant get to reset then at all? Sorry I'm new to this, tried the code generator but no luck at all. Any help greatly appreciated
