yes the installation worked up until two weeks ago, it is not a new one. the cameras are ony-x and the nvr is cognitio the cameras are hard wired to the nvr all ports are connected well, the wifi is defo working, we have tried turning the power to the whole building off as i read it could be...- HelenWebster

ip address not showing in camera list
the ip address is not showing in the device list so i cannot access/edit the cameras in the list that are all offline . all cameras are saying 'failed to find network host'- HelenWebster
