    Yeah still doing the same. Hikvision cameras work fine on the same cable just Hilook is no good. Thanks for the reply anyway

    have the exact same problem. Same firmware and it says Offline - the camera is unregistered. Spoke to Tech support seems and there telling me you an only add Hikvision cameras in. The Older firmware was working fine with it before i updated v4.60.005 build 231219. Seems like firmware fault?
