Thanks for reaching out. I try the firmware update over internet/intranet by connecting it now on one of my own IP-addresses (192.168.2.99). I can connect with Windows 10 & 11, but the plug-in does not work. Therefore I could only switch back to Windows XP. I do not need this plug-in and even... -

Hello everyone, I got also a firmware update issue. All the downloaded firmware versions are rejected. Is my camera an European one? Thanks in advance for your responses.. Michael
