Can definitely confirm that audio is terrible. Definitely an improvement with AAC. For anyone looking for the NR setting I found it inside the camera. You cannot access this from the NVR setup like you can do the audio codecs. You must login to each camera to turn off NR. -

I can view the current device password as it emails me an OTP. Then when I try and change the password it tells me the old password is incorrect, but that’s what it just let me view after confirming the code with the email? -

No as it stands my NVR password on the DMSS app > device details is different to the admin password I logged in on the local IP on my laptop. If it needs to be the same as the admin then I can try change the password in here: -

I don’t remember changing the NVR password. I had reset the password to the web IP login with the admin username. I had reset my DMSS login. Which I have now confirmed is correct since I can sign out of DMSS and log back in successfully. I can also login to web IP login too and currently... -

Ok sorry. Just to clarify. On iOS DMSS: Main Menu Device Details … Edit (top right corner) The password which password do I enter there? As I can now view a password which is not anything I use. -

Steps I had done. I didn’t have access to web interface so I reset the password. Now I can login to web interface. I also reset my DMSS password as I thought it needed to be the same as the one I had logged in on so I have a feeling it’s looking for the new password but the error is not intuitive -

In reverted it back and it gets to 58% and then shows that message. Not sure what else I can do. I’ve tried restarting the NVR and nothing. -

2. if you camera have Audio Noise filtering and You don't like it, go to camera web service and disable it.. it's simply.. You don't need for that DMSS settings.. I’m looking for this. I can’t see camera web service? -

Hi, I have found your post after the only thing bothering me is the poor audio quality. I cannot login to web app as the video install guy never gave me those details. He wants to charge a call out fee to set this up for me.. I only have access to the DMSS app and I have the NVR but I am unsure...
