    I am running Windows 11 Pro on a Dell machine. After creating a restore setpoint, I installed the newer web socket server from the link you provided. PROBLEM SOLVED! Runs fine on Edge and reasonably well on Firefox. Thank you!

    Yes, I have two of these. Mine sounds like gear noise between the motor and lens head. It is noticeably louder when the tracking period ends and it returns to the default position at high speed.

    Your comment about QOS is a red flag. In today's world of gigabit LAN and high speed internet, QOS is a waste of electrons. It also adds significantly to the workload on your router. Recommend you turn it off, restart your LAN in sequence, and check the performance of your camera connections.

    Installing an outdoor POE switch in a small waterproof enclosure usually works fine. The switch generates enough heat to avoid moisture problems in the enclosure.
