    Thank you for the suggestion, but unfortunately this is not an option for me, since the SIM card is locked with that internal LTE router. So all I can do is testing with bitrate/fps parameters for that only possible resolution 640*360 to get the best results.

    Since I am using the 2nd stream for remote viewing (with only possible resolution 640x360), maybe the correct question should be, which parameter settings for max bitrate and fps are compatible with that resolution?
