    What they are doing to list their Dahua cameras is Remove the D or change the spelling to avoid detection. It is happening to Hikvision too. Weird stance from eBay to be honest. Like why do they care?

    I’m eyeing the Q1808 150mm to use as my main LPR because It has a similar zoom view as Dahua/Hikvision 10-50mm cameras but in 4k but they are really expensive

    Hope they release a similar camera but on a smaller enclosure. The 1/1.2 sensor on a 20-80mm is the star of the show for LPR duties.

    Yeah Bi has a learning curve. Try using a Synology device as they are easier to configure.

    Is anyone running this with no issues whatsoever? Like months of 24/7 operation with no reboots, crashes etc? Because it seems looking from the outside that it is hard to make it work and not stable at all.

    How can they have the same hash if yours is infected? Have you tried my suggestion yet? Isolation without connection to your network. It seems like you are stuck in your ways and don’t want any help.

    I tested the plugin of my Dahua ITC413 and virustotal said no virus found. I bet yours got infected somehow along the way. Try this: install the camera on another pc and download the plugin there and scan it again to see if it is the same. Make sure the new pc/laptop is a new windows install...

    If Kaspersky detects it as a virus then it is highly likely that it contains one. Maybe it got infected by something else on your computer.

    There is conflicting info about that one. The one you linked has a 10-50mm lens but final specs on the US website says same camera comes with a 10-40mm. All same model number so I don't know which one to believe.
