Alert video file mp4 doesn't play
I am very new to Blue Iris software. I setup 4 Dahua cameras with Blue Iris. When ever I get video file in mp4 format. Video that I receive through alert doesn't play on any mobile or computer. Looks like I am missing some configuration. Any help
