I have come to find out, after wiring a PTZ camera to the audio out of the TIOC cameras: the only audio that passes to the PTZ are the alarm sounds the TIOC cameras generate. No microphone audio passes through the audio out plugs. -

Yes, pics will come. This is the first camera I've had that is auto-cropping targets in snapshots. Noise filter on all my cameras is disabled, and the audio is still garbage. The PRO version is slightly better than the S4 for audio. -

I am dealing with a distinctly different issue with the cameras, where images captured every 10 minutes are supposed to go to a NAS on LAN, bu some of these cameras just stop doing that. The consistent issue with this camera that I have been noticing is the offloading of Timed snapshots (600 sec/10 minutes), where after some time it stops sending them to my NAS. Magically upon a reboot, it seems to resume. Even if I rebooted two in the same location, they will eventually stop... -

Download the IP Config Tool, do a search for the cameras. With IP cameras, what you're dealing with is essentially a computer that's duty is to display images. Imagine a PC, a tiny PC, that only has a webcam attached. And sure, whatever else the camera can do. Alternatively, look in the... -

By sensor light, are you talking about the White Light, Infrared Light, or are you talking about the deterrent lights? I would say it may be worth a look at the Camera Image Config page in the camera's web interface. What is the "Working Mode" set to? Self Adaptive? What about "AI SSA?" Is...
