    Smart PSS is dead so I switched to DSS, now apparently DSS is no longer offered. What do I do now?

    I was goig to check that out, but it says it's out of stock'... Not sure how software gets out of stock, but the screen shots look good so I'll check back.

    Tried to try that more than a year ago but the link on their website delivered something that only installed the full NVR package (possibly the Orion app), no client only install, which I need for my 'monitor' system. That's also when I was put off of Amcrest, because I posted a question there...

    So I've been using an Amcrest NVER for years, and using SmartPSS to monitor it at my desk. Today the Amcrest is having trouble sho I tried to add the cameras direclty in DSS express client, and it told me I had too many cameras for my license.
