I used to have this on my phone years ago but after several company phone upgrades lost it all. Is there any updated installation and configuration instructions and i can remember but do i need to set up something like zerotier service for outside internet access? -

No just used the phone app....will have to try pc and see if any different...my phone audio is through my hearing aids and can hear people ok...just seems like there is feedback and echo on doorbell when I speak to them from phone -

Yeah that was always my pet peeve with the Dahua doorbell. I figured with it being a Dahua and it was much larger than most other video doorbells it would have a better camera. -

FEDEX delivering package. So I am definitely liking the video quality better with the Reolink than my old Dahua(I know I cant believe I said that either lol) Only issue is need to figure out how to tweak video settings to compensate for the dark image at times due to sunlight and also people... -

I actually replaced it with the Reolink POE and much prefer it surprisingly. The old Dahua is sitting on my desk collecting dust. -

yeah all the video links are no longer valid unfortunately, but from reading the comments including Andy's it sounds like this does not perform well without lighting.. I replaced one of my turret cams above my garage with one but I have a flood light on a dusk to dawn sensor to it is always well...- dok0619

picture quality is so much better than my old Dahua doorbell cam...and I can have a doorbell chime again without having to do any wiring...but I hate for the old doorbell cam to go to waste so trying to come up with a way to repurpose it lol -

Yes I can connect to UI3 and BI app through zerotier whether on the BI pc or my phone. It assigns an ip address to the BI pc that makes it appear as if it is on a local LAN.. so when I configure BI phone app its like Im still connecting locally instead of remotely. Only problem now is I cant... -
