    This is a Dahua IPC-HDBW5441F-AS-E2-2.8mm Started a while back. Usually starts when dusk hits and stops after it is completely dark. I turned off IR completely and it is still flashing.

    Yes, I am using IE 11. FPS to 5 doesn't do anything. I have IVS rules set up on Channel 1 but I can't create a rule on Channel 2.
