    Just curious, why is it disappointing? Was there a significantly better deal in the past? The total cost seems very reasonable for what you get.

    I just ordered this cam. Thanks for the thread. It was a great help! I stumbled onto it while looking for solution to an issue with one of my Hik cams. Looking forward to a new toy, my first PTZ.
