    No, with AI SSA off, and Illuminator on Manual with 100% brightness, the IR light is still OFF !

    Thanks for the response, I had not logged into the NVR since the initial setup and have only been accessing the videos through the DMSS app, not sure if this can be changed through the app. I have checked the Illuminator both in the NVR and from the camera interface. screenshots attached.
