    No audio is heard in web GUI

    I'm having an issue hearing the audio on BI's Web GUI, either in live view or recorded clips. On BI's GUI, the audio is heard in the recorded clip but not on the live view. The "Play live audio" is enabled. I'd appreciate it if anyone could point out what I did wrong. Thanks.
