    Had a Hobbit deliver an Amazon package today.

    Amazon asked for feedback for delivery. Not sure what to say. Perhaps. Small Hobbit ran to door, chucked delivery on doorstep, didn't knock on door or ring doorbell and then run off at high speed.

    Resolve misted IP camera lens

    Decided to utilise a old 6MP Dahua 4631EM-ASE as a internal garage camera. Hadn't used it for some years. Even after 2 days it still misted up. I guess the unused period and condensation package as standard, was no longer beneficial. Heated lens glass and removed. All sorted! Please don't moan...

    New DMSS Version 1.92.000 build date 4th June 2021

    Got all excited that on the playback menu, they now have added, motion detection for human & vehicle via SMD. But it doesn't seem to work on my Android device.

    Guess the camera format? IP or Analogue

    Just a typical Amazon good delivery, chucking the envelopes and packages on doorstep! Got nothing else better to do these days, until UK lockdown diminished. Is the camera video IP or Analogue? I obviously no the answer. Sorry for the large MP4 raw video file.

    MTU Setting Dahua NVR / XVR

    Perhaps I am being a dum dum? The MTU Setting on my NVR 4104 4K S2 and XVR 7208 4K are both greyed out, so no adjustments if required are possible. Both units are on latest V4 firmware. Any clues please?

    Huisun making me insane!

    Great site for information, thank you. Got mine from Amazon UK seller NetviewCCTV @ £199.00. Strange that I seems to reboot itself every two days around 9.47 am? Strange!
