    I have been using remote access for six years, now it’s not working. Using the remote access wizard, I get green checks to the “canyouseeme.org” page. Verified server is unreachable. I assume it’s my router but honestly have no clue. Any suggestions?

    No more alerts??????!!!!

    I am having this same issue. I am not getting the notifications of a camera trigger. Notification tests work. I haven't made any changes, just stopped working. I have been on 5.9.9.73 since it became the recent stable update.

    Yesterday I noticed “groups” not working in UI3. It’s also not working in the iPhone app. I tried creating a new group in BI. The new group does not save. Any help or suggestions about this? I am on BI 5.9.9.71 but have been on this upgrade over a week without issue.

    Yes, I was worried but also working directly with BI tech support. We had a repair DB issue. My DB had almost 100,000 dat files from alerts I had to delete. I did not delete the dat files in the .db folder. I’ll save them in a separate drive then try this. Thank you!

    Under the camera settings window, General Tab, The bottom right hand corner shows the current incoming specs for the camera. I have question about the FPS. Mine shows 15.6/0.51 FPS for Main Stream. I have the camera set at 16fps and iframe at 16. What is the 0.51 mean? Thanks
