You can install PFSense on any box with two NIC ports or a box with one NIC port and one USB NIC. All use need is a PFSense boot USB stick. Here main PFSense box is using a Haswell chipset DIY box using a BCM motherboard with 2 built in Gb NIC ports plus a 4 port Intel NIC card. Been running...- pete_c

I can still access it remotely on my phone. Guessing.... Locally on the cellular network would be because your router has "hair pinning" (IE: NAT Reflection) enabled and you are still using the mobile app. Remove the video doorbell from the cloud app. -

Yes here the chime still triggers but mostly use the automation here to sound doorbell chime sounds and use text to speech. So upping the transformer should work as it appears that your video doorbell is drawing a bit of power. You have to find the transformer. Mine was in the basement here...
