    Do you have alerts set to show confirmed only? Right click on the alerts bar. The other camera alerts that aren't confirmed might be filtered out visually. Since you're on an older version this filter might be in another location

    When I click on the little tree I have these options, but it will still only show registered alerts.. Are you certain you have alerts and recording set up for all the cameras?

    So the areas I have marked in red if you were to drill in the face you should end up in the attic. Most that do this work have fish sticks that you would push toward the center of the roof limiting your crawling work. I wouldn't run any cables through a roof vent and lay on my roof.

    Alright I recently paid to upgrade my BI because IOS notifications were broken. I’ve been running 5.9.9.45 for a couple weeks and all of a sudden my wife and I aren’t getting notifications anymore. Log says they are going through but we aren’t seeing them. Anyone’s stop working again?

    I get that but the app is a separate purchase. For example my BI maintenance updates expired January 2025. But my iPhone app will still get updates if they push them I believe.
