    Hell, Go with the CAT7....Everyone said the same stuff to me (not here) in 2001-2002 when I went CAT5e and CAT6..Now CAT5e is the bare minimum. And I do realize your not just Wiring for CAMS but the Whole House.... As far as the M25. I would just drill a Hole in the Plug to fit my CAT7...

    Thanks looney2ns..good advice. It looks like the update is for Fisheye cams anyway. On a side note** I saw in other post about update firmware you said always reset to DEFAULT after updates...Why is that ?

    How to waste an hour on a simple problem + Camera connection.

    I had this type problem after putting on a New RJ45 Connector on Cat6a cable I just purchase from MonoPrice. The Crimper pushes the Connector tang Down when crimping. So, when I installed it into the Switch the Connector would back out ever so slightly.(hard to tell when in a bundle of Cat6a...

    Thanks for the link. I will read it thru...and as far as dual Nic. Why have the BI machine on the same subnet then put in a dual Nic when Vlans take care of the dual Nic problem. I think the Edge 4 Router can handle the traffic with ezzzz along with the GS728TPPv2 (L3 switch)

    Wow, 8..Nice. I just have 1. Using it to get Familiar with Setups and Exposures and Focus. I then I will use it as a portable Cam to figure out where and what focus I will need for other Cam placements. Using the Bucket and the 10ft - 2x4 as my base to hold the cam.( as listed in other thread )
