    Sorry I read you had two cams but could not PTZ control them. NetcamStudio is free up to 2 cams if you add third one you'll have a big "no license" bar in the middle of the 3rd camera display. But you can use contacam as usual and use Netcamstudio to control the PTZ camera.

    @bp2008 a name on a badge is a PII (Personnal Indentifying Information) also called "personnal data" but a photo or video showing the face of a people is also a PII because a PII is "information that is linked or linkable to an individual".
