New LED streetlights!
Yeah they're great. Only trouble is the local authority will find out they can save a ton on their bills by turning the brightness down as they're dimmable. At night, our roads look darker now then when we had Sodium. Only advantage is the colour rendition. BTW, looks like gain / shutter...- CCTVCam

TBH I'd consider forgetting the built in lights and mounting a low wattage LED light on the house wall instead on a dusk to dawn sensor. A bulb of maybe 6-8w will give you all the light you need for a decent picture but you can boost that with a motion sensor activated flood light if you... -

I don't sorry. Others are more expert than me and I don't have an NVR either. I use BI. This means I can't guarantee this is the issue. It depends on whether or not the cameras need to be on the same network or not. ATM one camera is on a 192.168....address and the other on a 10.1.1...address...- CCTVCam

How to find the IP address of my Dahua camera
It's on a different network range to your other camera. Maybe that's the issue. If there's an ability to change the IP address from the NVR, change it to one within the same range. Give it a 10.1.1.X address to match your other camera all but for the last digit.- CCTVCam

You've put yourself in a world of hurt. EVen if you can find some English firmeware that would go on, with every firmware update you might try you risk bricking the camera. Wrong firmware = no camera. Best advice, stick it on ebay, buy an International or US version. Andy on here sells... -

Wouldn't say it's the only reasonable choice, but if you're asking for the best camera for the money at a reasonable price, then that's it. Turrets Mounted to Soffit

Have you checked the thread on LPR? LPR is an art. At night the whole image will be black apart from the plate as you need to run IR and a very fast shutter speed. Hence why you need 2 cameras, one for LPR and one normal. You can forget full colour nightime LPR unless you live in a fully lit... -

It's probably due to the long processing times. Take a look at the timings - you've got timings approaching 5,000 msecs. They ideally should be under 200ms. Unsure what processing methods / pc you're using but appears whatever they are, they're struggling to process the images. Could be a pc... -
