New RCA HSDB2A 3MP Doorbell IP Camera
Great news @Test_1234!!! Relating to the hardware PIR with ONVIF output here noticed that I could never adjust it well enough to use. I went to using a small wireless PIR facing the doorbell from the top of the front door porch about 2.5 meters up which works a bit better than the hardware PIR. -

What is the brand and model number of the box you have your coaxial cable plugged in to that connects to the internet? Are you leasing this equipment or do you own it? I do the same here with the Leviton OmniPro 2 combo alarm panel (originally wired to Cartell driveway sensors) and Homeseer and Home Assistant. I am guessing when you tested the Zigbee sensor you saw the plunger hit the strike to chime the doorbell. These are very sensitive to any magnet. If you have a small compass hold it near the central section moving it up and down...should sense the magnetism. -

Here have BI running on a Windows 2016 server. Just installed NetTime on the W2016 server. BTW here used to use Tardis in the 1990's. I used it to connect to a old Trimble (surplus from a tank) and made a Windows NTP server way back in the 90's I am in to time. Just a hobby though.- pete_c

It'll be safe. Only issue I had was the sound of the chime went to a gong instead of a chime here. Make sure you wire the new power supply as depicted in the manual as posted above. The new transformer is the "bell" transformer. -

I'll look into the ezviz studio. Does it have the chime setting? I did not see the chime setting in EZViz Studio for my Nelly DB with Hikvision firmware. A few months back lost my mechanical chime setting and I saw in it the EZViz or Nelly Android app at the time. -

When the doorbell button gets pushed you will see voltage. Voltage will be seen if you use the T3 port and the other wire of the transformer or OF on your chime. Test it connected as in your drawing above with the power kit in place but not the Sage kit. -

It should work. Test it first. A benefit if you use also use this chime you can put a wireless zigbee or zwave contact switch inside there next to the magnet that gets energized to trigger the contact switch instead of using the Sage device. You would then have a working doorbell chime... -
