    I do something similar. I have IPSec set up on my pfSense firewall, JIC I need to remotely update the Tailscale client on my firewall. The nice thing is iOS supports IPSec natively without a separate VPN client installed.

    @OrinocoDelta Dahua acquired Lorex in 2018 for $29M and sold them in 2023 for $72M (not a bad ROI), likely due to the US government ban on Dahua. At one time, Amcrest, Dahua, and Lorex rebranded the same models. It wouldn't surprise me if the companies sill share the same contract...

    Looks like the "suspect" was sporting a huge cell phone. Assuming it was not a Jason Bourne burner phone and the rumored name of the "person of interest" is not an alias, I would think they could easily track the persons steps and current location. Why is this person not already in custody?
