    Suggest wireless cube cam for senior monitor.

    Was using hik 4mp Cube cam but it died after 2 years use. Are they still the best for under $150. I still have two more of them going strong. needs to have mic/speaker built in as well for indoor use. Thanks

    BI app not loading cameras?

    Using the newest BI app on IOS 13 along with BI 5.0.6.10. When you use the BI app the cameras will not show a live feed. Sometimes it does but takes a few min to show. It does not seem to matter if i view them remotely or locally. On my PC they are all shown just fine. Any ideas?

    Is there a way to turn off alerts for one camera remotely using the BI app? I have one camera set to send me SMS pics that i would like to turn on and off remotely without disabling recordings.

    BI creates a new clip for every time motion occurs on camera A. How do you set it for one file? I end up with 20 clips of motion looking to have it all in one file.

    I ended up with the hik sense I got it cheaper. Could not really tell a difference between the two besides the obvious varifocal lens.

    Not sure why but 4.8.5.3 does not work others are reporting it as well. All i can find are the updates which do not work on 4.8.5.3 to downgrade it. So i am looking for the FULL installer for BI 64 bit before 4.8.5.3. BTW i have e-mailed there support. It is also on there forums.
